Joakim Sundbom is a partner of Melander Sundbom Advokatfirma. He has broad experience assisting clients in regulatory, competition, EU and compliance matters. He has participated in numerous complex merger control cases at national and EU level and has extensive experience in contentious competition law matters, including competition litigation. He has represented parties in cartel investigations, abuse of dominance matters and he regularly assists clients in compliance related work. Having worked on significant projects in a wide variety of industries, Joakim Sundbom has gained comprehensive insight into business sectors such as telecoms and media, manufacturing industries and several consumer products markets. In addition, he has substantial experience from working on cases relating to Sweden’s regulated monopolies. Joakim Sundbom has also led a large number of compliance projects, including internal investigations targeting competition law concerns and other areas such as anti-corruption.
